Private collectors and poetry lovers should send their mailing address and check with their order. Please add $4 shipping for each paper wrapper book or $12 shipping for each fine edition book. Outside the USA, please add $10 for paper wrapper books and $20 for fine edition books. California residents should add appropiate sales tax.

Libraries may mail, phone or e-mail orders.
